Live-action Knights of the Zodiac gets ‘first look’ at San Diego Comic Con Int’l – Reuters

The film’s cast and staff will host a panel on July 23 that will feature behind-the-scenes footage

Comic Con International: San Diego’s website says it will show a “first look” at the live-action film from Masami Kurumadait is Saint Seiya manga on July 23 at 5:30 p.m. PDT.

Actors Madison Iseman and Diego Tinoco will be invited to the event alongside the producer Yoshi Ikezawa, director Tomasz Baginski, fight choreographer Andy Cheng, and screenwriters Josh Campbell and Matt Stuecken. The panel will also show behind-the-scenes footage from the film.

Comic Con International: San Diego will take place July 21-24.

The film, titled Knights of the Zodiacstars Mackenyu (Pacific Rim: Uprising, Rurouni Kenshin Saishūshō The Finalelive action Chihayafuru movies), Madison Iseman (Jumanji suites, I know what you did last summer TV shows), Sean Bean (Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings, Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XVsnowdrops series), Famke Janssen (x-menTaken, The Vault), Nick Stahl (Fear the living dead), Diego Tinoco (On my block), and Marc Dacascos (John Wick: Parebellum, Hawaii Five-O, free man crying, Kamen Rider: Dragon KnightIron Chef America).

Tomasz Baginski, Polish animator and creator of special effects (animated short film “Katedra”, nominated for the Oscars) the witcher) directs for Toei with Sony Pictures Global Acquisitions. Andy Chen (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) is the stunt coordinator and fight coordinator. Josh Campbell and Matt Stuecken (10 Cloverfield Lane) are the final writers of the film’s script. Toei distributes in Japan, and Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions distributes outside of Japan, except in China and the Middle East.

Comic Con International: San Diego will also feature the US premiere of Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch of Mercury Prologue anime, a prequel for the first new Gundam television anime series in seven years titled Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch of Mercury (Kidō Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo).
