Netflix just added 11 big movies to its library

A mix of recent big names and brand new releases.

Netflix has added another collection of great movies to its stacked library. As usual, not all of them are awesome, but at least some of them are awesome, and that’s enough for us!

AD ASTRA

Brad Pitt stars in this fantastic sci-fi thriller about an astronaut who is sent to the far reaches of our galaxy to shut down a device created by his father that is wreaking havoc on Earth.

AMMONITE

Saoirse Ronan and Kate Winslet star in this 1840s romantic drama about two women who embark on an intense relationship while isolated from the outside world.

WALK IN CHAOS

Tom Holland. Margaret Ridley. The director of Edge of Tomorrow. Still, this sci-fi action thriller ended up being one of the biggest box office flops of recent years, scoring just 21% on Rotten Tomatoes.

SLEEP DOCTOR

The long-delayed sequel to The Shining sees Ewan McGregor star as the adult version of Danny Torrence, still tormented by the events of The Overlook Hotel.

HAIR SPRAY

An all-star cast – John Travolta, Michelle Pfeiffer, Christopher Walken, Amanda Bynes, James Marsden, Queen Latifah, Brittany Snow, Zac Efron and Allison Janney – star in this highly entertaining musical.

KILL BILL: VOLUME ONE

Quentin Tarantino transforms Uma Thurman into a machine built for revenge in this hyper-violent ode to classic martial arts and samurai movies.

MARMADUKE

Pete Davidson voices the legendary bad-behaved dog in this lively, family-friendly comedy. It’s not very good.

OUR FATHER

This documentary about a fertility doctor is a properly nauseating nightmare.

RESIDENT, BAD, EXTINCTION

The third entry in the Resident Evil series (before it was rebooted) and with a score of 25% on Rotten Tomatoes, possibly the worst.

SHE IS ALL THAT

The iconic 1999 teen rom-com about a high school jock (Freddie Prinze Jr.) who bets on turning the class nerd (Rachel Leigh Cook) into a prom queen.

WILD MOUNTAIN THYME

Emily Blunt, Jamie Dornan and Christopher Walken all butcher the Irish accent in this accidentally hilarious romantic drama.
