This sleek yet grungy electric superbike carries distinct vibes between Mad Max and Batman of the future!

The aerodynamic design, balanced aesthetic and beastly personality of this electric superbike are so badass I want to ride it right away!

The Mad Max franchise has given car designers more than a reason to explore the madness possible with anything on wheels. Outrageous designs fueled by high octane action are the perfect recipe for the adrenaline rush, and every car enthusiast can’t help but want more. That’s what keeps us all excited here at Yanko Design and no matter how crazy two-wheeler we’ve seen in the past, we always come back for more.

Straight out of the nature handbook is the Genome electric superbike written by Amir Shafiee. The moment I laid eyes on this shiny chrome beast, it instantly evoked the feeling of walking through a future where a beefy vigilante seeks to take control of things in a world dominated by vandalism and chaos. Of course, that’s where the post-apocalyptic influence in my thought process comes in. I imagine this as the perfect blend of the comic book’s Batman of the Future motorcycle and a modern take on Mad Max Fury Road!

The long wheelbase and a far rear wheel will give this concept bike an edge at high speeds. The rider’s forward-leaning riding position is a telltale sign of the Genome’s fast-paced aesthetic. The 1250 ZLX sticker on the front swingarm of the bike indicates the futuristic features, all set to revolutionize the powerful electric motors that will power two-wheelers. Amir combines the fluid form of the genome with protruding dials that indicate current speed, power reserve, and on or off state.

Plus, the inclusion of the green stripe on the tires adds to the styling element of the Genome Superbike, and I like the overall balance of the design on this one. Above all, the superbike’s appearance instantly prompts me to climb aboard and take it on a long road trip in a sunny landscape by the river. Well done Amir I must say!
